Hello, Dear Friends.

I'm glad that I have the chance to greet all students and teachers participating in Peace Project. I want to thank Sarah, Karen, and Diana for their assistance and kindness that they demonstrated while working on Student Constitution. I want to say that it's very great and useful for our students to discuss the articles of Declaration of Human Rights and write their own constitution. Human Rights is the theme, which interests everybody, and my students write and discuss the articles with great enthusiasm. While discussing the articles I listened to their discussions and noticed how clever and sincere my students are. This project gave me chance to know and understand my students much better.

December 10, 1948 the General Assembly of the United Nations has accepted the General Declaration of Human Rights. This is one of the most major events in a history of mankind; it has marked itself as the beginning of new era in mutual relation between the state and its citizens. All history of lawful states can be divided into two periods: the first period - till 1948, the second - after 1948. It is necessary to reflect, why mankind, having lived on the ground such grandiose time interval only in XX century has created the international legal act. In what of the reason of that people needed so much time for comprehension of trues, which are clear and conclusive today, even for the child.

We live in the XXI century. It's the century of mutual understanding as the science has reached to its top. We want to live free. We have all rights. All our rights are protected by the Declaration of Human Rights and we must acknowledge the articles of the Declaration as it means "a world without war.”

Article 2 — Equality of people does not mean their similarity from the point of view of their physical or mental faculties, talents. Each person differs from another, and distinctions between people in one social group or state are more significant, rather than distinctions between people belonging to different social and cultural layers.

Balance symbolizes equality of all guys, irrespective of their race, color of skin, gender, language, religion, political and other belief, national and a social origin, property, class or other position.

Article 27 — Our world is experiencing much more rapid change at the moment than any other time since the beginning of recorded history. Many of these changes improved living conditions for the millions of people. One of the most important and potentially beneficial changes is the increasing development. Technology and scientific achievements in every corner of the globe. As an independent nation in this changing world Azerbaijan has taken up its rightful place. The country has started to join various important international organizations such as the United Nations, UNESCO, the World Health Organization and others.

And well-educated people can enjoy the benefits of a healthy economy and social well-being. In this free world all the doors of school are widely open to schoolchildren. As a citizen of the independent country we have the right to take part in the cultural life of the community. There are a lot of clubs and organizations for developing skills and habits of pupils and we freely attend then we visit different museums and places, different exhibitions, go to different places of interest in our country and abroad and enjoy the beauty of life. We have many scientific clubs for pupils where we can develop our knowledge and skills and get ready for further scientific advancement.

Our government takes great care of young generation and does its best to give the children good education. We have the right to study, to attend different circles, clubs and societies to participate in literary and scientific organizations. Among the pupils there are many talented and diligent boys and girls.

Some pupils are good at painting. Very often their paintings are exhibited. The best paintings of little painters are recommended to be shown in different countries. They get high prize for their works. In these paintings they describe our world free and without war.

One of the members of the literature circle wrote a story about friendship of the world peoples. The main idea of the story was that everybody must do everything for the sake of peace in the world, because peace is progress. I think it is worth making friends and protecting our world.

Article 21 — Interpretation of the right of everyone to take part in management of the country at all levels in the concrete states depends on the constitution and existing traditions. Regular refusal in this right can take the form of foreign domination or tyranny, infringement of the right on self-determination. In many countries there are serious problems with maintenance of fair and free elections, that also is direct infringement of the states. Alongside with the right of everyone in management of state affairs this article provides the right of participation in management as directly, and with the help of freely chosen representatives. Elections should be provided on the basis of general and equal election rights at ballot and provide to voters free expression of the will. Basically, those are the civil and political rights and freedom of the person which should be provided according to the Declaration general observance and respect, without any discrimination.

Article 18 — The right on freedom of idea, conscience and religion includes freedom to have and accept religion and belief at the choice and also freedom to profess the religion both privately-owned, and collectively. The freedom of worship and religions is estimated by the world community as "sacred freedom" of each person. The freedom of worship the right to profess any religion or to not adhere to any creed.

Each person is free in choosing a religion or to change his religion. There are people who change their religion and it's their right. Religion must help people to understand the world. By the help of religion people can understand that we live once and all the people of the world must be friends. And must be kind and sincere. Sometimes when people are in trouble and despair, religion and belief help them. They understand that life is going on though they are in a bad condition there is something good in life. But there are people that use religion on their own need, purpose and goal. They realize some terrorism under the name of religion. I'm against of this actions and person. Our religion is Islam. I think that every religion has its own advantages. Not each person whose belief is Islam is a terrorist. We are against terror. We are peace-loving country and we are respect the rights of each person. From this point of view I think that it's one of the most important articles and it will be better when we include this article to our constitution.

Article 25 — Everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for health, medical care and social service. A person goes to work and works in a plant or office or somewhere. And he has right to live a normal life and to keep his family. Each person wants to live a better life and to give everything for their children.

Our country was one of the former republics of the Soviet Union. Now we are an independent country and our government has some difficulties. Now we have a lot of unemployment in our country. These people haven't any work and it's difficult for them to hold their family. Or some people are ill and they are not able to take care of their family. That's why our government accepts some laws in order to protect these layer of people.

Special protection should be given mothers during appropriate period before and after birth of a child. In particular, paid holiday or holiday with sufficient grants (manuals) of social security before and after birth of child should be given to working mothers. All children should use identical special protection and the help irrespective of, whether they were born in a marriage (spoilage) or outside of. "Children and teenagers should be protected from economic and social operation," and application of their work in the area harmful to their morals or health, dangerous to life and normal development, it should be forbidden and is punishable under the law. The states also should establish age limits of using paid child labour.

These two articles are very useful for our student constitution.

Article 23 — Among social-economic rights, including to the Declaration, an important place occupies the right on work. The right on work includes the right of each person on reception of an opportunity to earn for his life by work which he is free to choose. Though some people have chance to work wherever he wants. But there are people who haven’t the chance to choose a job for himself. It depends on the place of their work, on presence and absence of the vocational training etc.. Many are in discrimination position for colors, a gender, a religious and ethnic accessory. Some are victims of political oppression and as a result it their rights are deprived. From this point of view all of them have no freedom. Thus the right on a free choice of work means also the right to leave it at own will. Infringement of this the right to work is a widespread phenomenon. The most obvious case is forced labor.

Trade unions protect the workers interests and everyone has the right to form and to join trade unions. I think trade unions really protect the rights of the workers.

I think it’s very important to add this article to our constitution.

Social Security — is a system of maintenance and service of aged and invalid citizens, and also families where there are children. The system of social maintenance provides payment of pensions, a various sort of allowances, and also granting of privileges to those categories of the population which for some reasons are not capable to earn to itself on worthy life. The standard of living reflects well-being of the population and is characterized by parameters of a consumption level of the material and spiritual blessings and a degree of satisfaction of needs (requirements) for these blessings. But nowadays a great number of people are in a very bad condition in our country they need help of the Government especially the pensioners because they are old and can't earn for their living.

Article 30 — The principle aim of this Declaration is based upon the complete equality of the peoples and on mutual benefit in the world. All these serve the policy of peace and neutrality, mutual respect for territorial integrity and sovereignty, non-interference in the internal affairs equality and mutual benefit. Nothing in this Declaration may be interpreted as implying for any state, group or person any right to engage in any activity aimed at the destruction of any rights and freedoms set forth herein.

I think that both of these articles are very important.

Article 20 — Freedom of associations is unique means with which help, people collectively can declare the purposes to have influence as group and to protect interests of the separate person. There are cases when people assemble to protect not only the rights of people but also governments or against war or terrorism in some countries. For maintenance of this freedom from the government it is not required any actions. On the other hand, the governments can limit their rights. Frequently asserted, that under the certain circumstances the reasons for introduction of such restrictions can appear. In my opinion there are cases when governments can limit freedom of peace assemblies. It must be possible only when the aim and acts of the group of people can do any harm to the government. In this article peace character of assemblies is emphasized. They pass without the weapon and without appeals to force. It's a very important article for our constitution.

Article 19 — Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression. These human rights include to receive any information without restrictions or there are beliefs that we can't help their distribution. For example, be with misanthropic ideas, an appeal to fascist terror, to war? Certainly, the right on freedom of distribution of any belief, ideas and information without specification of their character can be used by enemies of the world, supporters of a genocide and discrimination. Besides declaration of this freedom irrespective of frontiers ignores sovereign rights of the states and respect of their independence. It can be used for sending and distribution to the other state of the literature and leaflets, calling against the government, against in the given country building etc.. That it did not happen, the positions limiting abuse by this freedom were included in the Pact. The personal opinion can not be imposed to the person by the law, and recognizes for each person the right free to hold the opinion. The right of each person on expression of the opinion means freedom to search, receive and distribute any sort of the information and ideas orally and in writing, and also by means of "different types of mass media or art forms of expression, or different ways at the choice." However using such freedom is connected with some restrictions.

Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security. Human being is a very difficult process. Man was born. Everybody prays, trust in God for his happiness and long life. Human liberty is above everything. What sphere can we prove it? Man always realizes when and where he can be Free. To my mind nobody is free in the world. For example: Children depend on their parents. Parents look after them, nurture them, give them education, and they help them in the life to found their families. From such point of view, we are not free. But we have a lot of rights that our Constitution ensures us: to live and to work, to get education, to have a rest, press and word freedom. According to these rights we exist in the life and live in it. Nobody could say that I have no rights to live, but he could see and understand how to increase his condition, how to get well on with somebody. How to explore these human rights in his life. We must follow the rights and respect them. Everybody is ensured with the laws of freedom. Freedom isn’t the thing what you like to do. We must think of it using our brains. When and where man could be free: To choose profession; To express own ideas; To use one’s brain; To solve his own problems; To make appearance; But to my mind own freedom, also, connected with a family. We live in Azerbaijan and our life manner differs from other countries. We obey to our family: to a father, to a mother; If our parents tell us not to go, not to dress as European style, we couldn’t do it. From this point of view there is no freedom. The security of human is always protected in the world. A man when he opens his eyes to the world all right formed by him. A man must be exist, work and live. For all these laws he must ensure with his own security. Everybody must understand him: In his life manner; In his work; In his education; In his opinions; If a man appreciates himself he will respect everybody. Nobody could scold, kill, torture or fool a man. If somebody does it then that man is out of human society. We live in the world only once time.

Article 5 — I shall try to be sincere and frank. Only by this way is it possible to find a way to hearts of people. For the first time I state the opinion on rights of people. I want to write what I think. Of what I think, about it and I shall write.

Torture. Very much a vital topic. It concerns not only to adults, but also to children. Now there are parents who beat children and say "I have no time for you."
I want to write about prisoners. Sometimes I hear that they are treated as animals. It humiliates them. I want to speak people who create these declarations: do not admit and allow humiliation of prisoners. You see they are the same people as we. Once again I want to return to children. About humiliations of advantage I can tell, at schools you can see this. To think of himself highly than others means to humiliate others. The manipulation of teachers with pupils (or on the contrary) is in the center of it. It would be good, if there were no such problems as adherence to principles between people (in bad sense), the bad reference (manipulation) of teachers with pupils (when they are nervous). It is necessary to try that at school there was no such roughness. A genocide in the city of Khodjali, the proof of an atrocity of Armenians. My ideas about this theme can be sharp. But it also is the truth. Everyone should know about the Armenian fascism against Azerbaijan, against mankind. Personally I, when look transfers about atrocity all night I can not fall asleep. I saw nightmares. There is one more proof: captives who Armenians have taken from Garabag. Once I saw a young captive who was in prison in Armenia and then he was transferred. When I heard about brutal manipulation of Azerbaijani captives by Armenians, I was horrified. Captives who was asked questions was escaped from Armenians, and what about other captives? Who knows still how many years they will be victims of this fascism? Armenians say that they treat with them kindly. That’s all. I have tried to tell to you, that in Azerbaijan it is a problem too. And in the international level.

Article 29 — The way of life, which was formed in the course of centuries, has changed greatly. It’s an important event in history that we gained independence and in our country the human rights are defended in the state level. The rights of men and women are equal.

Everybody has to enjoy the rights given in the Declaration. At the same time everybody is responsible for the rights they are given. We must do our best to develop our country, to defend our borders and first of all we must study well as we are students. According to the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic all the rights of people are controlled in accordance with the norms of international law.

The same rights concerning to children are of great importance. All the interests of children will be paramount. There are a lot of kindergartens, nursery schools, primary and secondary schools for children in our country. Children are taken great care by our government and by different international organization, as they are our future. If we want to have a happy future, a happy society we must bring the children up in the frame of Human Rights.

Everybody must obey the articles of the Declaration and can’t be against it for the main aim, here is the peaceful coexistence of peoples.

Article 24 — During industrial revolution by the usual phenomenon the 15-hour working day was considered at one day off per one week. Organized in trade unions workers gradually were able to get limitations of a working day and working week. All people have rights to work 8 hours a day. But I think that the people working in dangerous work have rights to rest more. For example oil – workers, miners. At the same time from time to time there are doubts, whether rest and leisure are human rights or not. Given article of the Declaration unambiguously shows that they concern to number of the conventional human rights. A working day - time of day, during which person is working in the enterprise or in establishment. After a long working day everyone have right to rest. And also people have right to go away on holiday once a year. We children have also right to rest between terms and a long holiday in summer. I think that both of these articles are very important for our constitution.

Article 1
— Is very important for student constitution. Because all human beings are born free that’s all of them are equal in dignity and rights. We live in one world and everybody lives once. That’s why we should live together and understand that we all are equal. It should be taught to children from the beginning of their life. Even when the child goes to the kindergarten he must realize that all of them are equal and teacher should act with them as equal ones.

And when a child goes to school it’s the same thing, sometimes there are must be the students with some disabilities and physical lack. And there are children who laugh at them. It’s terrible and its disappoint me. We all must act towards one another in the spirit of brotherhood. To my mind it’s one of the most important articles.

Article 6 — Article Six is the first in a number of articles most closely connected to the right. In the official Text of the Declaration this article says: "Each person where he was, has the right to his recognition.“ This legal term is understood as the Right on protection on the part of the law. It means, that action of the Declaration and other international documents on human rights, except for the cases specially stipulated in the law. In a given article rather important value has a word "everyone." The state can not do any distinction between the own citizen, the foreigner or the person without citizenship in a question of granting by him.

Article 28 — Azerbaijan is developing bi-lateral relations and agreements not only with neighboring countries, but also with those political and economic groupings such as the European Union and OPEC and mainly the UNO and the number of such organizations are increasing day by day. Being an independent republic, Azerbaijan has attracted the attention of foreign firms, businessmen and multinational companies.

Azerbaijan has opened embassies in major foreign capitals and no doubt this number will be increased in future. The recent agreements, signed with different foreign companies, in different foreign companies, in different spheres are a bright example of the new possibilities open to the Azerbaijan economy. It aims the solution of social economic problems of people.

If we don’t take into account the human factor the economic growth may bring to the deepening of social inequality and with it to the failure of the efforts directed to the construction of democratic society. According to Declaration of Human Rights all these problems are solved with great success and everybody must respect this Declaration.

Article 14 — I think that, refuge - granting of a shelter and protection to who has left his own country from for threats of prosecution. I think that this article is very important for children of our country. In our state there are a lot of refugees who are compelled to abandon their houses. Now they live in tents and in hostels of our country. Children too suffer from exile from the house together with their parents. With me in a class there is a girl refugee from Armenia. They have left their house and now live in children's kindergarten. She does not have her own room. They are six in their family and now they live in a small room. I think it's good that they have chance to take refuge in our country. What would they do if our country didn't give them right to seek in our country?

Therefore I think that we should include this article to our constitution.

Article 10 — Article Ten of the Declaration proclaims equality of all before court and provides, that each person has the right to fair and public trial his business by the competent, independent and impartial court founded on the basis of the law. Thus everyone accused has the right to be considered innocent until his guilt will not be proved according to laws. I think that when the person detain the detailed notice on character and the bases presented is necessary for him to accusation. Each person can protect itself, or the lawyer should be given to the person free-of-charge if he does not have money for payment of services of the lawyer. I know that lawyers take much money for the services. And if the person does not have money? What to a person have to do in these cases? Therefore it is very important that to each person which does not have money for payment, should be given by the lawyer. This article is very important for our country because there are many poor people. To each person should be given the help of the translator if accused does not understand language on which passes proceeding. I think that if the person has committed a crime also he has found on a place a crime and he admits it that this recognition I think fair. In this case a person has understood the mistake. But there are cases when a person makes a crime and does not confess it. There were cases when I played with my friend in the room and in the other rooms and we suited the disorder and when mum with daddy came back home and they saw an apartment in the disorder. And they asked me who it had made by that. Though it was difficult to admit I did it. I think that I acted correctly because for acts it is necessary to answer. Otherwise someone can be punished instead of you - do think that it's necessary to include this article to the Declaration of Human Rights.

Article 26 — I think it's one of the most important articles that we should include to our constitution. I think each child has the right to education and primary and secondary education must be free of charge. Because not all the parents can pay for their children’s education. Education should strengthen understanding friendship and tolerance among all nations. The aim of the education should be meaningful and purposeful. But I must say that not all the children have an opportunity to study. I want to tell you my friend's story. My friend was one of the best students in our class. He was hardworking and diligent. But when his father died the family was in a very bad condition as his mother was very ill and there were four children in the family. That’s why my friend had to leave school and began working as a newspaper seller. Sometimes he also washes cars. His wish was to become a lawyer but now he won't be able to become a lawyer and it hurts me every time when I see him. I also want to add that there are a lot of children in the world that have no opportunity to go to school and study. That's why I think it's very important to include this article to our constitution.

Declaration establishes integral human rights on citizenship. Citizenship-legal belonging persons to the given state. By virtue of citizenship laws of the state, the established civil rights and duties are distributed to the person. If the world was uniform the state and all people would have identical rights according to one legislation and citizenship would be not necessary. But unfortunately it's not so, and citizenship is one of the important conditions material and spiritual well being the person in a society. This article is very important for our student constitution because deprivation of citizenship is a very severe punishment and it is important for children of our country. I heard that some people who have different point of view have limited rights and sometimes they lose citizenship. The accessory to the state means the right on protection according to laws of this state. The states are born with the responsibility for granting to his citizens’ favorable a mode on the part of other states. From the moral point of view "citizenship" gives the person a feeling of participation in the life of a certain country and connected with it the own importance. That is why deprivation the citizenship occurring usually on political grounds, and it is a severe punishment. "Persons without citizenship" appear dependent from laws and orders that country, which has granted them a refuge.

Article 13 — The general declaration has proclaimed the rights of each person in the Declaration freely to move and to choose itself a residence, and also the right of everyone to leave, abandon any country and to return home. I think that, it is very important that the person has a choice where to live. Because he for example can choose any state and live there and it’s his right. The person can long live far from the native land but can return whenever he wants. Each person should love the native land and his departure should not bring harm to his state. Therefore I think that, there should be some restrictions in this Article. Therefore the right to leave, abandon the own state should be limited by providing restrictions necessary for protection of states’ safety and it’s prosperity and health of its population. If the person is sick with some infectious disease and can be dangerous to people living in the country where he wants to go this state should limit his entry. Or in time extreme positions in the state at which life of the nation is under threat of that these rights can be limited temporarily, these exceptions have time character and depend on circumstances. All of them are based on lawful necessity to protect safety of other people. And acts of nature or these epidemics can hurt people there should be certain restrictions of this right. They can have revenge in conditions of war between the states or civil war in one country. It can be attributed (related) and to the person who it is sentenced to punishment for a criminal offense. It also can be attributed (related) to the persons who are serving time. I think it is necessary to include this article to our constitution.

Article 9 — Given article gives the person legal guarantee. These guarantees should be stipulated by legislation of the countries, guarantees of freedom from any and impartial court and a presumption of innocence. In this article the question is inadmissibility of any arrest, detention or exile. I want to tell that the word arbitrary specifies cases, when there is no proof of infringement of the law that or other person. I know that there were cases when the person was detained and it was illegal. My friend’s father has detained in the street only because he wanted to impede two men fighting. But he was arrested and accused without proofs. He long held in prison, though there was not any argument that he is guilty. But, at last he was justified also he got his freedom. I want to tell that arrest - is the conclusion under guards accused. Detention is a short-term arrest, which is compulsory because it is important to find out whether this person is guilty, or not. If it is proved that the arrested person committed a crime, it is necessary to put him into prison. If a person is arrested he should know the reasons of his detention and he has the right on humane references (manipulations). I think that, this article is very useful and we should include it in the children's constitution.

Article 7 — Sometimes people are mistaken. And it results to infringement of human rights. But people should fight for the rights. Sometimes the same thing appears to children who have no opportunities to protect their rights. Many parents consider that children have not rights. But they forget that children it too the person who have rights on self-conceit. I think that each child has votes. But some people overlooks about it. Unfortunately sometimes this appears with parents, or teachers. Some teachers think that we are small and have no rights. We should fight with this not validity. Because all people are equal before the law. And consequently we live in the democratic world. The children of our country have equal rights as the children all over the world. That’s why I think this article should be included into our Student Constitution.

Article 17 — There are 2 points employed in the Declaration of Human Rights. 1. Everyone has the right to own property alone as well as in association with others. 2. No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his property. This Rights give people an opportunity to get a property for themselves. For example every person can buy a house, a car, a country house and so on. Nobody can prevent anybody from buying what he wants. A person can also own property in association with others. It means that two persons can share a certain property. Or some more people can select money and get something together. The law gives all the people to own property and their rights are protected by law. I think this article is very important for the kids of our country. They have right to own some property, too. The students for example go to school and they have their own books, copy-books or computers. These are their own property and nobody can deprive their property. Or a child have a grandfather and he gave his property to his grandson and this is his property and it belongs to him. I think we should include this article to our student constitution.

Article 16 — The general declaration and the Pact recognize for men and the women who have achieved majority, the right without any restrictions on the basis of race, nationalities or religions to marry and form family. Any marriage (spoilage) can’t be made without the free and full consent of both sides marrying. The declaration emphasizes, that men and women have identical rights concerning the introduction into a marriage during the marriage and during its cancellation. I think that the marriage can be made only at the free and full consent of both sides. There were cases when the man and the woman married not on love in our country because laws of the Islam does not allow the man will meet up to a marriage in old times. Therefore marriages consist not on love? Family should be sacred and holy for the state. Because the family is a part of the state. And if the family is protected by a society and the state that blessings it and it’s good for society. This article is very important for the children's constitution.

Article 11 — In the first part of the Article 11 of the Declaration expressed a principle of presumption innocence: the person is guilty only then his fault is established by court. There are cases when a person’s guilt isn’t proved, but the militia treat with him as guilty. But it not correctly, you see his fault is not proved yet. And still I think that self-court is very bad. If also who that illegal actions - you enjoy again the right on self-court. First, passing of the independent decision on punishment, the person can operate under influence of emotions, with feeling of revenge and others. But you see it is impossible to exclude opportunity conversation, a false denunciation. In such cases can suffer innocent. Besides if everyone will incur a role of the judge then about legality and the order cannot be and speech - each will be to operate, as it will like. That is why people came to a conclusion about necessity to give all the identical rights on protection and on consideration of an affair by lawful and fair court. In this case the criminal is waited with fair punishment, instead of payment while innocent will be justified. Very much an important point here is impartiality of court, its publicity, independence from whose - or will and activity in strict conformity with laws. At discussion of these clauses to the Declaration follows will pay attention, it is possible to judge a person only on the basis of those laws which operated at the moment fulfillment crimes. Laws vary, and can happen so, that any actions began to be considered as a crime or to be punished more strictly already later when was accepted conformity with laws. It’s a very useful constitution, to my mind.

Article 8 — The purpose of Article 8 is the establishment of the right of the person to address in court of the country of residing for Restoration the Constitutional or legal rights. It is necessary to mean that the question is not the rights proclaimed. General the declaration, on rights which are guaranteed by the constitution or the legislation of the state. It seems to me that in it this article special value has a word "everyone". It means, that the state can’t do any distinction between own the citizen, the foreigner or the person without citizenship in a question of granting by him of all rights, which they have under laws. I think that if the person‘s rights are broken he should address in court. Only a court, having established true, should restore trembled right. I’ve read a fairy tale where 3 brothers have chosen to themselves the wife. One of them has chosen tsarina a frog. And then the frog turns to a beauty. I think that the frog that has turned into a beauty has the same rights, as well as the wife of other brothers. But in a fairy tale there is a conflict connected to illegal restriction of rights of a tsarina - frog and to resolve this conflict I would advise with the help of court. I think that when at the person’s rights are broken he or she should address in court because these rights are given to it by the constitution and to laws. That is why I think that it is very important to include this article in the children's constitution.

Article 12 — Everyone has the right to private, family, home and correspondence. No one can interfere someones’ privacy, family or home. Everyone has the right to correspondence. I can write a letter to my friend to Kansas or South Africa. But I think there must be some restrictions if there is some harm in the persons actions to our or correspondent state. Because there may be spies that want to betray their state for the sake of money. A persons’ honor and reputation should be protected by the law too. If someone interferes to the other person’s right of privacy, family, home to this person has the right to the protection of the law.

Article 4 — For about 70 years Azerbaijan was under the occupation of the USSR. During these years Azerbaijan people has forgotten their traditions, customs, many could not speak on their native language at all, but despite of all these, people found in itself forces to live. Nobody can be eternally dependent from someone, it is impossible, that life whole people was solved in Moscow. Moscow operated everything nobody had his own opinion, all went on the order minds, wits of Moscow. Moscow dictated and nobody could contradict her. Time when Azerbaijanians have woken up from deep 70-years dream also has come. Azerbaijan became independent democratic republic. The country has left from the Soviet yoke, has found independence, democracy but has with set of problems. We see that many have not understand the meaning of the word democracy and use this word for personal purposes. Democracy has spoiled people, their consciousness. In our "democratic" republic applied a slave labor. There are workers who are waiting for job and are ready to do any job in order to earn a piece of bread for life. Our streets are full of beggars, everything that is seemed humiliating, now is the natural thing. While some starve others are fat rage. Rich people keep up only updating of a personal purse. Though slavery trade was already canceled a long time ago, but now in our real life we again notice this phenomenon. And nobody can deny it. It is the fact. It is our life. It is our reality. But hope dies last. And we hope, that in future all will change for the better and our people will have everything, that is necessary for the present human life. It's very important to add this article to our student constitution.
