Chile / Talchuano Constitution of Student Rights
Students:
Grade 8

Article 1 - Every student shall be treated with respect in worthy form without treatment nor affront. Every student should be treated without distinction of any thing such as race, sex, religion or political opinion. No one shall be held in slavery or servitude; slavery and the slavery trade shall be prohibited in all the forms. Everyone has the right to recognition everywhere as a person before the law.


Article 2 - All student’s begins are from free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brother.


Article 3 - Every student has the right to defend his or her ideas and to be treated with respect. All students have the liberty of opinion.


Article 4 - All students have the right to know the marks of each evaluation on time. All students have the right to know the rule of evaluation. All students have the right to know the date of evaluation and contents to evaluate. All students have the right to check their test.


Article 5 - Every student should have a tutor or tutor substitute that represent him/her at school. Every student shall be supported from the teacher. All students have the right to be assisted on time by all the teachers and people who work at school.


Article 6 - Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person. All students have the right to defend their rights. All students have the right to defend their self from physical or psychological aggression.


Article 7 - All students shall be helped in case of accident in the school. All students have right to receive medical attention in case of an accident. All students should have fast attention in the dangerous situation.


Article 8 - Every student has the right to be awarded for his or her sacrifice and his or her effort at school.


Article 9 - Every student has to receive a good education. All students have the right to be informed.


Article 10 - All students have the right to have books free, provided by the state.


Article 11 - All students have the right to wear the clothes and accessories they want.


Article 12 - All students have the right to meet all students and talk with them.


Article 13 - All the students have the right to reclaim their things when a teacher removes things.


Article 14 - Every student has right to use the library, computer room, gym, and bathroom. All students must to maintain the classroom clean. All students have to study in a warm environment.


Article 15 - Every student should study every day.


Article 16 - No student shall be knocked, kicked and don’t receive any types of the negative action. The teachers must not punch hit students. No one should be subjected to torture, or inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment. All students shall be protected for student security. Every student shall be assisted in situations in of the conflicts.


Article 17 - Every student has the right to be listened to when want express an opinion. All students have the right to ask for support in orientation, vocational and/or other field of educational, when he needs to.


Article 18 - Every student has the right to do sport and hobbies at school.


Article 19 - Every student must to know the rules. All the students have the duty to respect this constitution.
