Ghana / Accra Constitution of Student Rights

We, the Peace Diaries’ representative of Charles Academy have agreed on 15th March, 2002 to institute The Constitution of Rights.


Article 1 - All Human Beings should be given the right to express his or her opinion and develop the potential without discriminating against age, sex, color, race, creed, culture or religious alliteration.


Article 2 - The world should not be divided into various degrees of levels in terms of first, second or third OR developed, developing or under developed.


Article 3 - Education or Health should be the right of all age, sex, color, race, creed, culture or religious affiliation. But not a privilege.


Article 4 - World Health Organization should have a common board of well renowned scientists to look out for a cure against vulnerable diseases.


Article 5 - There should be total freedom of worship by all people. Nobody should be forced just because he or she had been born at a certain geographical area.


Article 6 - Commits African leaders to ensure a free press, an independent judiciary and dedicated and efficient and respect human rights.


Article 7 - The whole world should use common currency in order to do away with inflation and avoidance of migration to the supposed developed countries.


Article 8 - Establishment of harmless weapons or chemicals that would be useful to all age, sex, color, race, creed, or culture.
