AGREEMENT
This is an Agreement between the teachers and students ("AUTHOR") producing essays, stories, artwork and other forms of written and creative expression for the Peace Diaries ("WORK") and Knowledge iTrust, Inc. (KIT) a non-profit organization, with its principal offices at 351 West Avenue, Darien, CT 06820.

License to Publish
I grant to Knowledge iTrust the exclusive, worldwide license to publish my submission to the Peace Diaries in print and in all electronic media and all electronic formats, in whole or in part, in all languages throughout the world. Notwithstanding the foregoing, KIT is under no obligation to publish the work.

Permission
I grant to Knowledge iTrust the permission to conduct a student assessment on the outcomes of the Peace Diaries program.
